One to three business days to prepare, then ten to twenty in transit — eleven to twenty-three business days in total. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.

Thirty days from the day it arrives, free, as long as the piece is unused and in its original packaging. The carry-on also carries a five-year warranty.
Returns policyWill it fit the overhead bin?
The carry-on measures 22 x 14 x 9 inches — the size written on the sizer at the gate. Every accessory is built to pack inside it.
