The case the rest of the range is built around. A wave-pattern polypropylene shell that flexes under impact instead of cracking, sized to the strictest US carry-on allowance so it goes in the cabin rather than the hold.

What fits inside

Four to five days for most travellers: roughly 5 shirts, 2 pairs of trousers, a knit, underwear and socks for the trip, a pair of shoes in the lower half, and a toiletry case in the lid. Expanded, it takes a further two days of clothing or the soft goods you collect on the way home.

Care

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap; scuffs on polypropylene usually buff out with a dry cloth. Keep the wheel housings free of grit. Covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Best for: the traveller who has stopped checking bags. If you routinely pack for more than five days, take the duffel as well.
